Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with (www.kezsprezzies.com) you are entering into a contractual agreement under the following terms and conditions.
Please read the following terms and conditions thoroughly as by entering, using or browsing our site as a customer. Vendor. Merchant, browser you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. So please read carefully and if you do not agree to all terms and conditions then you should cease browsing, using or accessing this site.
You will not enter a contract with KEZ’S PREZZIES until we have accepted your order and you receive a confirmation email and full payment is made by yourself. This is when you will enter a legally binding contract with KEZ’S PREZZIES.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter a legally binding contract.
If you request a custom order, or handmade items please can you ensure you give the correct and accurate information in order to make sure that you get the item/items you want.
If you would like to see the items before purchasing, then please do ask KEZ’S PREZZIES to show them on a Facebook live where we will be happy to show you before you decide to purchase. There may be small differences in how products may look in pictures or videos, i.e. size and colour as the perception of items in videos and pictures can often be different in person.
When placing orders please note that each item/product/Facebook live game is subject to availability. If a product is out of stock but has not been removed from the website when you purchase and full refund will be provided. This is especially the case with Facebook live games such as our spin the wheel game whereby a customer may play spin the wheel where they can receive page funds at more than what they have spent. They will pay £25 for the wheel spin and on the back of each star is either £25, £30, £40, or £50 which will then be given as page funds. They can then choose items off of the website that they wish to purchase with their page funds which can make them unavailable on the website without showing as out of stock. I do aim to remove the items as they are choosing them, but during the live shows if I cannot remove them from the website right away then I will absolutely refund right away. Important notice! Once your turn is taking place on this game or other Facebook live games you cannot then ask for a refund on this! Therefore if you do change your mind you need to do this before your turn begins! There will only be a refund issued if you do change your mind before it is your turn in the line up on the live!
By purchasing from us you are entering a contract under the sale of goods, this will only be in place once you have received an email confirmation from KEZ’S PREZZIES.
Please in all cases make sure you have input the correct information on your order forms. If you have made any errors but already submitted an order form, then please contact KEZ’S PREZZIES immediately whereby we can then make amendments. If you have put the incorrect information on your order form (wrong phone number, wrong selections, wrong address etc), and do not inform us then we do not hold any responsibility for such errors.
Once you have entered a contract with us, we cannot change your order in any way unless of course this is agreed in writing between KEZ’S PREZZIES and the customer.
Please note your order must be paid in full by any of the payment options available on our site before we can fulfil this order and send your item/items to you. If any changes are needed to be made to comply with any laws, then KEZ’S PREZZIES will notify you immediately where by in this case you can either agree to any changes that need to be made or you can opt for a refund that would be honoured.
If payment is not authorised, if shipping restrictions apply, if an item is out of stock, there is an error with pricing, or the item does not meet our standards KEZ’S PREZZIES may not accept your order, or refund the full price of order paid. It is also our sole discretion if we refuse to process your transaction at any time. In this instance the only form of compensation is to refund the amount paid.
The terms and conditions above set out the entire agreement between you and KEZ’S PREZZIES, this stands by point of sale, purchase, and use of our goods. There will be no variation of the terms and conditions listed.
Order fulfilment
We aim to have your order posted ASAP
Whereby we will send your item/items via the postage method selected upon checkout and to the address on the order form that you have completed. But no later than 30 days after the order is put through.
During live shows your name will be called, this will be done in the order in which I have received the orders. If you are not here KEZ’S PREZZIES cannot go ahead with your order, unless of course you have informed us on the order form that you are happy to have reveal done without you being present, by which we will try to offer a time stamp, (this is where I will write down the time at which I revealed your order on the live which should therefore make it easier for you to go back onto the posted live to view your reveal), but this cannot be guaranteed! If you were not present when your name was called, we will call your name again once all the other orders have been fulfilled. We cannot hold your unfulfilled order indeterminately so if you have not made contact or not responded to our contact with yourself, then we will complete your order off of the live and send it to the address on your order.
If the live includes games that are for that night only, these cannot be fulfilled at a later date so will therefore have to be done on the live even if you are not present, your name will be called and if your are not there we will move onto the next customer, which will move your order back down to the bottom of the list, your order will then be done towards the end of the live.
Despite postage selection upon checkout there can be delays out of our control which means delivery can take 14-21 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). All postage options available have tracking on so if there are any issues/delays I can check and inform you. All items are quality checked before postage and if there are any issues you will be informed immediately, whereby, if possible, a replacement will be arranged or a refund for item/items will be issues. Once the items/parcels have left us we hold no responsibility for the handling of them so if there are any issues with the way the packages arrive/have been handled then you will need to contact the delivery service. If you have any queries once you have received the parcel/parcels/item/items after delivery is complete, we are happy to try to help with this so please do contact us. If you have any issues with any items, then please make sure these are raised as soon as you receive the package. Once packages are received as per tracking info, I will make a note in the diary that your delivery is complete.

Your privacy is always protected and any information we require from you when using/placing an order on this website you can be assure that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We may contact you electronically, by email or other communication methods such as Facebook messenger or inbox within WIX. By using this website, you explicitly agree to this.
Your personal information will not be sold, leased or distributed to any third parties unless you have given us permission or we are required to do so by law. You are welcome to request any details of personal information which we hold about you under the data protection act 1998
